I just started using this facility and before I went in to rent one I had a wonderful lady named Zoey call me and had me come in and she help me with everything I needed answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything through out the process! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable!! It's a breath of fresh air to know there's still customers service agents of her caliber! I ended up renting a unit and will be using it for a minute!

Decent locker, easy access. Lady that set us up answered all our questions, was efficient and helpful. Made sure we were comfortable with our rental in terms of access, extra insurance, etc etc.
A little off the beaten path but fairly easy to get to.
