Spencer is informative, helpful, and kind. Definitely goes above and beyond in making sure you are taken care of and that your unit will work for you! Highly recommend. And if bosses are reading this, give the man a raise!! Hahaha

The online reservation process was seamless! Storage locker size estimation tool was easy to use. Spencer called to confirm reservation as this location is not local to me. At checkin, he took the time to review the contract, show the locker, location, gate access and lock. Overall, really pleased with the experience here.
