This place is truly amazing they have the most honest and kind people working here they're very quick to help and answer questions and give a hand when it's needed i'm very grateful for the care and concern these employees show for the units and securing them and making sure your stuff is well Protected. when ive needed a unit to store stuff in temporarily or long term thanks again to jeff and his team you guys make each and every experience worthwhile. Great storage place. They are very accommodating. If you are going to be a few days late with your payment and you call them to let them know they usually don't charge the late fees. I feel like my belongings are safe here.

The units were clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Whenever I had a concern there was someone there for an answers. It was a wonderful experience.

I called in to the toll free line and the person was friendly and professional. They quickly assessed my needs and then matched me to the facility with the best rates. They explained all the details to me and I clearly understood the pricing, terms and conditions. A followup email was provided and then I had just finished my call when Jeff from the local storage area called to set up an appointment with me. When I arrived for my appointment, Jeff was efficient and professional completing the paper work and showing me where my locker was and how the code worked. When I needed additional packing supplies later, I checked the Sentinel pricing and it was much cheaper than the big box stores and the woman that helped was again friendly and professional. A great customer service experience by everyone, thank you Sentinel.
