Mini Mall Storage - Lethbridge

When I initially began to use their service, it was great. However, near the end, began to not be able to get a hold of anyone at the office by phone. When I went to the office in person it would be closed, even though the sign said it was open and it was during their posted office hours. A few months before I terminated my service, they increased my rental fee without giving me any notice. The call center staff were amazing and overall very helpful.

The service at the mini mall storage locker facilities is off the charts and they are Emo's polite and helpful employees I would say in the city. Dianne is an exceptional customer service representative and is always smiling and happy. Pleasure to do business with this company. Highly recommended!

The staff is very helpful and kind. Rent is decent compared to other rental facilities. The rental is clean and has security in place to protect your belongings.
