Easy process getting a storage unit. Benjamin was helpful, when I called to inquire they had the supervisor reach out to me and let me know he’d be calling, Benjamin then called to confirm. He was kind and answered our questions when we went to see it. He then called a week later to check in and say thank you for choosing them. Overall seems good so far, we were able to move in right away

I would like to report to you that I had an extremely satisfying service done for me as a new customer here. Your employee, Benjamin dealt with a problem i had with locks and keys for my rental unit. Probably because of my advanced age, I jumped to false conclusions but he was able to guide me through allowing me to understand where I had gone wrong completely. This facility definitely deserves a 5-star rating. Good location. Great supportive and knowledgeable staff. Easy to deal with. Nice units. Very accessible and reasonably priced.

I had a great experience with Mini Mall Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Pricing is fair, and I felt confident leaving my belongings there. Highly recommend!

Lots of followup. Great communication. Facility easily accessible . Sunday guy wasn't most helpful but got job done although sold us pad lock that was way too big. Had too exchange. Should have known our locker wouldn't take that size of lock. All the weekly staff I spoke too were extremely helpful and professional. All and all , very satisfied
