This is one heck of a great team to work with. We were in need a couple times for last minute added storage and there was never any delay from mini mall. They were on top of helping us at anytime and were great at doing what they needed to do to help us. These guys truly went above and beyond and not about to take you for every penny you have.

Apparently the office is only open from Tuesday-Saturday. I was scheduled to arrive on a Monday to secure a storage bin and no one was there to take care of me. I guess they forgot to mention that Mondays and Sundays there’s no staff at the office and I had to call and secure over the phone.
Other than that, the storage unit is easy and accommodates my needs as well as the prices are great and affordable.

I am new to mini mall storage and I have experienced nothing short of exceptional service each time I visit the friendly staff at front desk and also the staff behind the scenes. The storage units are larger and cheaper than their competitors. Plus they have three times more security cameras and I have been told they are adding more cameras to keep their customers valuables safe. I like the fact there facilities are outside of Lethbridge but not too far to be inconvenient. It’s not even a 5 minute drive outside of Lethbridge. So if you want safe, reliable and quality service please check them out. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Keep up the superb service mini mall storage. 👍😎

Great service. GREAT prices. Extremely helpful and professional staff. Clean units and property. Secure with lots of cameras. Inside and outside units. Staff walked us around to check out a few units to be able to visualize our things fitting inside, which was very helpful. Just a minute or two out of town, but the prices make it more than worth it.
