My family and I had our stuff in this unit for 3 years and it was easy , and kept us feeling safe for our belongings. It was easy to navigate into and loved having 24 hour access if needed. If I had any questions, it didn’t matter who I spoke with all staff were beyond kind and helpful !!
The only thing was our stuff was incredibly dusty being on the side that faced the main road.
However we wound def choose Sentinel Again!

Excellent staff that go above and beyond. I had issues getting into my unit due to the shifting concrete slab and they came out to help me even on weekends. They are an amazing team.

Thank you to the staff at 36 Street Sentinel for providing us with a great experience. The staff and manager were excellent at meeting our specific needs, accomodating necessary changes and ensuring continous communication throughout our rental contract there. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility.

Absolutely made me experience stress free genuinely amazing staff and I would and will be recommending to deal with them every time !!!!!!! Kacie made everything work out perfect this lady can help when your in a pinch . Thanks to you ladies I look forward to dealing with you guys every time I come in .

The ladies Theresa and Kacie were amazing ! We stopped in late in the day just 20 min before close time and they were very helpful.. they did not rush us one bit! They went through everything thoroughly .. even walked us out to a unit to make sure it was what we needed! They not for one min let us feel rushed ! Very kind, personable and efficient ladies ! Thank you so much my mom and I were very satisfied and happy we went there !
